Abstract
In the article the essence of economic culture of leaders VET disclosed by the need to make significant adjustments in style, technologies, methods and controls in connection VET system integration in the global and European educational and scientific space. The analysis of different approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "economic culture". Courtesy of the author's interpretation of the term "economic culture head of vocational schools." We have interdependence competitiveness of the institution in the educational market and increased economic culture (formation of economic thinking) its general manager, a combination solution of economic issues with other problems of the educational process. It is noted that innovative educational management involves the use of various forms and methods of training, one of which is gaming technology. Ultimately, economic development manager VET culture is combined rozv`zannya problems of the educational process with the development of the financial and economic security of the institution, the introduction of new educational technologies and production-oriented development of professional skills and personal qualities of the student. This process requires a scientific pedagogy and economic support.
