Abstract
The Approach to the Automated Filling of the Portal of V.O. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine (here in after is Portal) is presented. It is expected to apply in development a new version of the Portal in 2016. The objective approach is described. The basic theoretical principles are presented. The features of the Internet Environment of V.O. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine are considered. The scheme for Automated Filling of content portals, based on the exchange of data between systems Internet environment, is presented.
