Abstract
The specific features of high VET schools management technologies are envisaged in the regional development. The model of organisational structure to manage VET schools in the region is represented. The portrait of a VET school Director as a subject of decentralisation management by a training institution is proposed. Theoretically-practical aspect of informationaly-analitical supply to manage VET schools and the development of training-industrial process in a high VET school in the framework of decentralisation based on modern management technologies are highlighted. The statute activity of a multidisciplinary high VET school is clarified. The functional management model is also given.
