Abstract
This section dwells upon features of psychological aid to the citizens through the mass media. The ecological compatibility of such kind of interaction is discussed. The conditions and ways that lead to 'healing' of the domestic media space for children and adults are revealed. The importance of legal education and culture and the general algorithm of tracing the evidence of manipulation in the mass media are displayed. The main requirements to the psychologist and the group of people who need a psychological support and also the main issues that a modern psychologist works with in the mass media are defined. Examples are provided on giving psychological aid to the population via printed products, radio and TV. The significance of the psychologist's personal active stand in life is highlighted in the paper, resulting in efficient targeted psychological aid to the ATO soldiers, immigrants and anyone who requires support in the conditions of crisis.
