Abstract

The relevance of using e-portfolios in terms pro-innovative education is determined, the modern requirements for a worker’s formation, VET system senior staff and teachers development are singled out. The managers and trainers’ E-portfolio nature and functions are determined. They are accumulative, model, challenging, diagnostic, motivated, content, developing, rating, designing, presentative. The experience on its use in foreign countries is represented. For the first time the e-portfolio possibilities as a technology for VET schools Heads information-analytical competence formation are illustrated. The prospects and recommendations for its use as an individual’s self-presentation at the labor market are revealed.
