Abstract
The thesis is a theoretical and experimental research of learning problem to children who don't attend school durable time. It is devoted to reason to use the virtual class technology by the teacher for individual student training. There are theoretical approaches to the virtual class formation are studied, the thesis subject foreign sources analysis is carried out and it is concluded that the virtual classes are more and more popular abroad, however scientists usage of the virtual classes is researched insufficiently. The analysis of terms “virtual”, “the virtual class”, “technologies of the virtual class”, “individual training”, “and training individualization” is carried out. Structure of ICT competence teacher is developed, criteria ICT competence framework is generalized, ICT competence teacher assessment questionnaires are developed in research. Practical results of the research are: developed methodology is deployed at high school. It includes: guidelines to use virtual class, the requirements to lesson and, binary lessons technique etc.
