Abstract

The activity of the practical psychologist and social educator is a multi character - from the diagnosis to the correction, prevention. Update of the education system, its landmarks and imprint on the work of specialists of the psychological service. However, there are cross-cutting issues that are priorities from year to year. These issues include the work connected with children, teenagers whose behavior deviates from the established norms, rules. In modern literature there is a different interpretation of this behavior: deviant, delinquent, illegal, and the like. The issue of prevention and the prevention of deviant behavior is defined as an important and strategic direction to the work of the practical psychologist, social teacher. The issue is complex, and therefore can be solved only in a multi-disciplinary team of relevant professionals. Proposed in manual materials will contribute to the formation of professional competence of practical psychologists, social workers working with children delineated categories, teenagers, enrich the Bank of practical tools.
