Abstract
In the article, the concepts of "socio-pedagogical support", "activity", "value orientation" are revealed. The characteristics and peculiarities of activity of teenagers are presented. Particular attention is focused on the socio-psychological analysis of the needs of younger teenagers in value- oriented activity. The sources, driving forces of activity, its forms and levels have been analyzed. In the result of philosophic analysis of the essence of social activity, three main levels of it (micro-, meso-, macrolevels) are distinguished. The subjects of activity and social change are determined to be individuals, small and large social groups. The basic theoretical suggestions of solving the problem of socio-psycho- logical support are provided. The author defines the essence and content of the conceptual apparatus, the criteria of forming activity of the individual. The basic socio-psychological characteristics of crisis in junior adolescence are revealed. The study and analysis of the literature on the research allowed to clarify the concept of "value-oriented activity of teenagers" from the position of social pedagogy.
