Abstract
The Conception project of scientific and methodological supplying of learning activity formation by children that have developmental delay (МКБ-10: F80-F89: «Disorders of psychological development») defines main modern education reformation tendencies in Ukraine, that lie in the innovative environment development, core of which is the development and implementation of a current national curriculum. From the point of scientific and methodological supplement modernization of special school there was conducted the analysis of its current condition: content of education (National senior secondary education standard; syllabus of elementary and secondary school for children with developmental delay; educational achievements assessment criteria); the analysis of learning process arrangement was made (the content of methods, technics, strategies which provide learning and synthesis of educational material by children with developmental delay). There was obtained methodological and theoretical basis for Conception development; elaborated the aim of Conception that concentrates on the theoretical establishment and development of scientific and methodological implementation of learning activity formation by children with developmental delay in terms of modern educational environment; determined the tasks for the realization of the specified aim and the expected results of the modernized scientific and methodological supplying implementation that in general should lead to learning activity development by children with disorders of psychological development matching the modern democratic society request.
