Abstract

The guide addresses key organizational and economic aspects of professional training of employees in the workplace. The essence of economic fundamentals of vocational training, learning objectives and the need for training skilled workers, planning of activities. The basic directions of professional training of skilled workers in manufacturing, professional qualification and promotion planning work career. The mechanism of stimulating of professional training of employees, grounded on methodological approaches to determine the social and economic effectiveness of vocational training in a production environment. The textbook contains a systematic overview of the history of the training of skilled workers in Ukraine as a complex and contradictory process of search of education from ancient times to the present day.
