Abstract
This article analyzes the problem of sense-life orientations as factor of teacher professional development. The conclusion is substantiated that sense-life orientations or life strategies are the most influential components of integrated individuality, forming socio-genesis of a personality. Sense-life orientations are not limited to one, even very important idea or life goal, but represent the structural hierarchy of «large» and «small» meanings. The attention is focused on the fact that profession of a teacher involves direct influence of a particular pedagogue on specific emerging personality of the student.
