Abstract
In the article organizational and pedagogical footings of school of organizational and pedagogical footings pro-file «The Academy of Children’s Creativity» are scrutinized. The results of the investigation of contemporary state of theoretical-applied aspects of the abovementioned problem are represented. The position of author’s schools in the educational system of Ukraine has been defined. Identity of concepts «author’s» and «innovative school» has been proved. Author’s view of the essence of the concept of «author’s school» of artistic-aesthetic profile has been represented, the stages of the development of Mykolaiv specialized school «The Academy of Children’s Creativity», preconditions of the creation of innovative educational establishment «school-college».
