Abstract

The essence of the definition of «pedagogical conditions» has been analyzed; scientific viewpoints of contem¬porary researchers referring to the abovementioned range of problems have been given; pedagogical conditions which are the guarantee of solving the task of the management of the development of organizational teachers’ culture of a school of artistic-aesthetic profile have been defined; it has been mentioned that the uniqueness of the educational establishment is realized in two ways: formulating and docu¬mentary registration of author’s conception, and also for¬mation and positioning a positive school image.
