Abstract

In the article "media practice" construct as stereotyped activity is operationalized. It has purpose to acquirement by person of information data arrays which display an objective and subjective reality in society. The next media practice criteria are dedicated: 1) ordering and stereotyping of skills complex of interaction in media space; 2) generally accepting for the communities which are used their; 3) goal-oriented subjective activity in the media space. Media practices as a factor of politico-legal consciousness of students are highlighted. Among the most common media practices of active type are extracted the next: video appeals; the groups of coordination; bantering; the spread of socially significant information; using the expert blogs; attacks on virtual images of opponents. Groups and communities from virtual interaction moving into sphere of real politico-legal actions and changing environment of life are owing to the consistent application of active type media practices.
