Abstract

The article written by Tkachenko Lidiia "Creativity in personality development: synergetic approach" given the current understanding of creation and the conditions for its implementation in education. The factors that are now considered crucial for the implementation of creative activity include openness, tolerance, democracy and so forth. Provision of personal development in education acquires a new understanding from the standpoint of synergy as philosophical and methodological basis of pedagogical process.
