Abstract

The analysis of ideas Ukrainian philosopher G.S. Scovorody on the progress of personality. Ideas Ukrainian thinker who collectively by its symbolic and fi gurative expression system it possible to distinguish three stages of personality development, the essential characteristic of which is self-development. This gives reason to conclude about the beginning of philosophical views` G.S. Scovorody of the idea of self-organization of personality.
