Abstract

The article contains analysis of national and international documents regulating the non-formal education of young people. The conclusion was made based on the analysis that non-formal education can take place in different social institutions, including public organizations. The role of social networks in non-formal education of youth was defined. The author notes that organization of non-formal education for young people in social networks is not only the process of creating the public organization and its information support, but also realization of its actual functioning. Also the article partially highlights the results of research on the awareness of target groups of non-formal education of public organizations' offers in this domain, the state of information support of non-formal education of young people in public organizations, social networking efficiency for such support.
