Abstract
The article addressed the issues of discourse trauma. The author analyses the existing approaches to its definition. Determined ways to apply theoretical and methodological provisions of the conception of cultural trauma to the analysis of situation in Ukraine (2013-2014). Proposed coping strategies after traumatic events at the individual, collective and societal levels.
