Abstract

During the information society is a constant development and improvement of modern information and communication technologies, which increases the technical requirements of software on personal computers. Intensive development of information resources and academic institutions using them in the educational process conditioned the creation of special collections of electronic documents. Warehouses digital library is a convenient system for keeping such collections. But for the use and support of digital libraries needed powerful technological and software services, and hence considerable investment.
