Abstract

The article describes the methodological and methodical The article describes the methodological and methodical aspects of problematizing of the "myth" and "mythological consciousness" concepts applied to psychology teaching in a high school. The author deepened and broadened the understanding of myth as an oldest and most stable form of organization and transmission of socio-cultural experience, as a mechanism of regulation of human behavior, which are relevant to all types of culture. It is shown that a direct, "sensually reflective", contemplative, productive way of world discernment is a foundation for mythological form of organization of individual and collective experience.
