Abstract
The manual highlights the cultural and axiological aspects of the honor and dignity of a personality, their expression and development in students and adults’ psychology. The problem of honor and dignity as a cultural aksio- psychological phenomena is considered on the basis of personal, value-reflexive and creative approach, according to which they are presented as a unique center of general and psychological human culture, a form of consciousness and personal experience. Honor and dignity are the essential ethical and psychological and aksio- psychological attribute of an individual as a subject of highly moral behavior and creative activities for the production of material and spiritual values, including his/her self as the supreme value. Excessive degradation or exaltation of the individual, the deviation from the social and the individual code of honor and dignity lead to acute personal and public issues. Some of them can be overcome by special diagnostic proposed by the author. The tutorial is intended for managers at various levels and profiles, managers and educators, academic psychologists and educators, teachers, professors, clinical psychologists and social workers, school children, students of vocational schools, post-graduate students.
