Abstract

The efficiency of the strategies of management development on the basis of culture is accentuated; organizational culture as a new branch of knowledge being included in a series of management sciences is scrutinized; cognitive-categorical directions of the studying of the essential meaning of organizational culture are represented, structural components of the quality of education, it is accentuated on the efficiency of the interaction of the components of the leader’s organizational culture dependently on such characteristics which concur the increase of school education efficiency in appropriate organizational and pedagogical conditions; it is mentioned about the distinctness of the two main aspects – professional and educational for all participants of the process, the problems of the development of the organizational culture of the leader of a new secondary educational establishment of a new generation are scrutinizes.
