Abstract

The tutorial provides theoretical synthesis and experimental solution of the problem of personal and professional skills of vocational-technical schools’ students in preparation for professional activity. The process of preparing to the activities is implemented by developing personal and professional skills of students. It helps to continue the promotion of their successful career development, self-fulfillment and success in life. The paper substantiates the personal-competence approach, defines its principles according to which the person is perceived as a carrier of personal and professional qualities. The tutorial detects four blocks of leading personal and professional qualities that are hallmarks of personal and professional development of a future specialist. It presents the program of personal and professional qualities of a future specialist development in the process of professional training and will be useful for managers, psychologists, pedagogues for to use in training of vocational schools students.
