Abstract

Essence of the strategic approach to the phenomenon of organizational culture of educational institution under modern conditions is exposed. The basic concepts of nucleus of strategic management theory are presented; authorial models and the typologies of different types of organizational cultures are described; the predominating types of organizational cultures are experimentally educed in educational institutions and the set dependence between them and really operating management forms is exposed.
