Abstract
The article represents the essence of the organizational culture phenomenon; the organizational strategy (the strategy of making changes in management, the organizational development strategy and the strategy culture management in educational organizations) as the determinants of its development and the organizational mechanisms for implementing strategies in practice. The peculiarities of the organizational culture formation in the process of the subject-subject interaction in the educational organization was represented; it was concluded that the organizational culture needs to be developed by means of the analysis of its formation stage, implementing the organizational and the technological changes as well as different types of strategies in order to ensure the activity outcomes on the basis of the mutually acceptable culture and values fundamentals as well as the achievement of the educational organization objective, namely, formation of a Human of the Digital Age Culture.
