Abstract

The article is devoted to consideration of the psychological aspects of the assessment of the degree of development of the spiritual culture of the teachers, in particular the place of consciousness as a separate component in the structure of the culture. The paper considers the specificity of the spiritual culture of the teacher; psycho-diagnostic tools to assess the development of self-awareness in the context of the development of the spiritual culture of the teacher, the results of its testing in different pedagogical groups.
