Abstract

The article is devoted to the actual problem of improving the quality of education in the Information Society – what way do the information and communication technologies use to improve learning outcomes. The National Partners in Learning Network http://ua.partnersinlearningnetwork.com proposes tools to solve mentioned problem. It is the segment of the global social network for teachers. In Ukraine, so far, there were no portals and communities in Internet like this. This article describes the aims and objectives, the user’s activity, current state of education content and further development in Partners in Learning Network in Ukraine.
