Abstract

In the author's opinion, modern trends in training skilled workers are presuppose of establishing effective social partnership of employers, corporate and government institutions, the introduction of the European experience of dual vocational education with the participation of high-tech enterprises and the best schools on the basis of civil society and sustainable development.
