Abstract

Hours of communication with elements of training are an alternative to traditional educational efforts. Not to teach, but to help to acquire knowledge, not to engage in moralizing, and raise a person not only to educate, but to develop - these statements are relevant principles of modern education and competence-based approach to education. To implement these principles, the modern teacher must possess a deep psychological knowledge. The reader is a script hours of developing communication program "Development of the social competence of personality", designed for pupils of 5–9 grades of secondary and special schools in Ukraine.
