Abstract

This article is a brief analysis of scientific approaches to the definition and structure of social and communicative competencies, the author proposes the definition of these concepts and definition of comprehensive concept of socialcommunicative competence. On the basis of the definitions it is built model of social- communicative competence detailing each subcompetencies for each of its structural components.
