Abstract

The book attempts to analyze and understand the institutional transformation of the university in the context of temporal and spatial challenges of today, taking into account in particular the problem of balance of the fundamental components of the mission of the modern university as teaching and research, nationalization and internationalization. Catalysts for change of university environment in recent years are considered international and national university rankings. For scientists, university education managers, teachers, social sciences, graduate students and all those interested in philosophical interpretation problems of modern higher education.
