Abstract

В статті на основі аналізу наукової літератури виявлено методики, якими послуговуються українські та зарубіжні вчені для проектування моделі компетенцій. Здійснено порівняльний аналіз методів проектування моделі компетенцій; виявлено очікувані результати, можливості, обмеження та ризики основних методів. Запропоновано принципи, яким повинна відповідати модель компетенцій керівників структурних підрозділів компаній.
