Abstract

The methodological recommendations highlight the theoretical issues of giftedness in the field of communication, leadership, theoretical substantiation of communicative giftedness, development of communicative competence of gifted high school students. The model of formation and development of gifted pupils’ communicative competence is presented with the diagnostic methods for identification of competence. The methodological recommendations provide advices for work with gifted students, their parents, psychologists, educators and teachers. It is intended for psychologists, social workers in the field of gifted students education, students, educational institutions and those who are interested in the problem of giftedness.
