Abstract

The book deals with improving the system of professional training of future specialists in service in vocational schools, spryamova-on the formation of their communicative culture. Based on scientific and methodological analysis of the concept of communicative culture of the person, given the trends of the service sector as an important sector of the economy and professional characteristics of service workers, as well as upgrading of vocational education, the ways of communicative culture of future specialists in service as a means of personal and professional growth and formation of professional competence. Specified didactic and psychological aspects of communicative potential of future specialists in service; basic functions and structural components of their communicative culture; grounded and implemented pedagogical conditions and developed a model that reflects the author's system of communicative culture of service sector professionals in VET; methodical approaches to solving the problem. For managers, trainers and teaching staff teach vocational-lnyh schools, teachers and students of pedagogical universities and researchers in the field of theory and methodology of professional education.
