Abstract
In the article the study of the forms and methods of employee motivation in higher education. Presented motivating factors, principles impact on the motivation of people. Carried out the analysis of the motivational system on the efficiency of its use. As a result carried out the analysis of the proposed measures to improve the effectiveness of the motivational system of higher education institutions, defined the ways and developed measures to improve the motivation of staff, as manifestations of efficiency of administrative activity in the conditions of market economy.
