Abstract
The articled alswiththe features of teaching in various aspects and features outlined teacher and studentint eractions that in crease the effective enessof the learning process, creating conditions for student's self-actualization. The feature sofmotivation are defined for students training and directions of interaction between teacher and student. We describe the implementation methods of students training.
