Abstract

The development of society and technology has always affected the educational sector and begins with certain changes in educational administration and management educational institutions. A special kind of educational institutions are higher education institutions of the system of postgraduate education, which are the primary means of implementing the concept of "education throughout life". Therefore, the qualitative state pedagogical personnel depends largely on the effective management of the activities of higher educational establishments of the system of postgraduate education.
