Abstract

The article deals with changes of human ideas about values, specifically ideas about professional success of students and teachers of vocational schools. The author considers these ideas to be a particular form of activity in search of purport of life, meanings of academic and professional activities that are typical for personal development of VET schools students and future professionals in different industries. Formation of vocational school students’ value ideas about professional success requires an establishment of pedagogical conditions that are essential for improving the extent of subjectivity of future workers by means of disclosing their potential and acceleration of personal resources promoting successful professional self-determination, design and implementation of personal professional prospects for the future. The simulated process of formation of pedagogical support as regards students’ ideas about professional success in the process of life and professional self-determination is considered by the author as assistance in discovering potential resources and as an open educational system that involves various types and forms of activity of actors in specially organized social and educational environment for the purpose of career-oriented cooperation, training and professional development.
