Abstract
The article deals with different approaches to the nature of gender tolerance. The specific of teens is reflected also, in particular features of age-old transformation, valued orientations of teenager as a subject of cognitive, educational, labour activity and communication, the features of gender education of children are presented in paternal families and educational establishments. Discussed the importance of personal position teenager in gender behavior and emphasize the role of gender tolerance as a factor in personal development of teenagers. Influence of gender stereotypes is reasonable on forming of personality of teenager and at a choice future profession them, that limit possibility of self-realization substantially.
