Abstract
The article presents a model of psychological training of heads of educational institutions to work in the terms of change and characterized its structural elements. Identified target areas of psychological preparation. Described substantial blocks of psychological training, the results of development managers of each of which characterizes them achieve a certain level of psychological readiness to work in the terms of change: the minimum (psychological literacy), sufficient (psychological competence), creative (psychological culture). The structure of psychological readiness as a result of psychological training managers is shown. Described the specificity of the social and psychological means of development of psychological readiness at three levels: 1) the social structure and intergroup relations; 2) social influence, which is subject to the individual; 3) the individual level. The stage of psychological training: preparatory, diagnostic, praxeological, acmeological are characterized. The quality criteria of psychological preparation of heads of educational organizations to work in the terms of change (motivational, cognitive, the operational, personal, integral) are highlights.
