Abstract

The article describes children and youth organizations and associations as a social institution of education; the experience of the National Scout Organization of Ukraine; outlined background and history of; purpose and fundamental principles of Scouting; objectives and main activities; disclosed the educational potential of the organization; the features use the Scout method, which is the basis of educational systems scout associations, namely the development of abilities and interests, enriching experiences, and promote self-improvement personal growth.
