Abstract

The implementation of competence approach in EU Member States and Ukraine is one of the priorities of further development of education. Particular attention is paid to IT skills and assessment of IC-competence, as one of the eight key competences of the European reference framework, which is essential for getting a job at the modern labor market. This situation prompted the reform of education in the UK, particularly in the field of computer technology and ICT.
