Abstract

The workbook has been prepared for students of the thematic advanced training courses "Innovations and experimentation in education". Students' mastery of the content and structure of innovative pedagogical activity and the features of experimentation in education is offered in tasks structured according to the title. The developed author's tasks are based on the idea of the American psychologist J. Gilford about the development of convergent (necessary for finding the only exact solution to the problem) and divergent (thanks to which original solutions arise) thinking as a potential for evaluating one's own innovative efforts. The workbook is a logical continuation of a series of author's workbooks prepared for thematic courses, including "Innovative pedagogy and partnership pedagogy". A special feature of this workbook is that it is available in both handwritten and electronic versions. The pedagogical research under consideration is carried out within the framework of the research work of the Department of Philosophy and Adult Education of the TSIPO DZVO "University of Education Management" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine "Transformation of the Professional Development of Pedagogical and Scientific-Pedagogical Workers in the Conditions of an Open University of Postgraduate Education" (state registration number 0120Ư104637 ( 2020–2025) (subtopic "Cognitive interaction of teacher-tutor and student in the conditions of online and distance professional development"). For managers, scientific-pedagogical higher education institutions, pedagogical workers of ZZSO, professional higher education, andragogues of the postgraduate pedagogical education system, scientists, organizers of postgraduate pedagogical education.
