Abstract

The e-learning course is aimed at acquiring knowledge and skills to minimize occupational risks and prevent negative impacts on human health in the performance of their professional duties. The main emphasis is on improving the effectiveness of teaching occupational safety and health by teachers in order to improve working conditions and increase the interest of students in vocational education. Modern realities require the introduction of information-based teaching methods to increase the productivity and efficiency of education, as well as to create safe and comfortable working conditions. There is a tendency to increase the use of mobile devices, which contributes to the active use of the Internet. In view of this, there are a large number of digital tools and mobile applications on occupational health and safety that can be easily downloaded through the Playmarket or App Store. The organization of occupational safety and health in a vocational education institution determines an important aspect of creating safe and healthy conditions for employees and students. An effective occupational health and safety system requires identifying a responsible person, identifying potential risks in the workplace, developing a risk prevention and management plan, ensuring that employees and students are properly trained in occupational health and safety, and systematically monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements. The general concept of the course is based on the principles of online pedagogy and the development of theoretical skills for the creation and implementation of an effective occupational safety and health system in vocational education institutions. Special emphasis is placed on the use of modern technologies to improve performance in the field of occupational safety and health. The e-learning course was developed in accordance with the complex theme of the research work of the BINPO "Labor Market Trendwatching in the System of Training and Professional Development of Specialists in the Context of Post-War Reconstruction of Ukraine" (0122U202007, 2022-2025).
