The article tells about the fact that extracurricular work develops the creative potential of students. People are different, and their creative potential is different, which cannot be covered by a specific teacher. For this, there are tools that the article talks about. It shows how much circles and other types of group activities stimulate creative processes, help overcome social phobia and other obstacles that prevent people from revealing their creative potential. The principles of group work are described. The article describes how the creativity of people can be stimulated at the state level, and how this is related to how effectively society functions.
