Abstract
The collection is compiled on the basis of the materials of the participants of the Interregional scientific and practical seminar "Development of scientific and methodological competence of pedagogical workers on the basis of digital didactics", which took place on March 23, 2023. Co-organizers of the event were: the Department of Vocational Education Methodology and Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Bylotserk Institute of Continuous Vocational Education of the DZVO "UMO" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Educational and Methodological Center of Vocational and Technical Education in the Dnipropetrovsk Region and the Educational and Methodical Center of Vocational and Technical Education in the Donetsk Region. The ways of expanding the educational and research space of digital education and the development of scientific and methodological competence of pedagogical workers on the basis of digital didactics were discussed. Scientific reports are summarized, innovative pedagogical experience and best educational practices are presented. Presented are modern cases of implementation of the digital strategy for the development of vocational education and training and ways of forming the digital competence of scientific, scientific-pedagogical and pedagogical workers; a study of the transformation of the essence and content of didactic and pedagogical principles of the organization of the educational process in the conditions of digitization of education is presented; updated on the possibility of finding modern practices of diversifying forms and methods of education, aimed both at the needs of education seekers and at taking into account the requirements and requests of the labor market and digital society; drawing attention to the concept of Life Long Learning in conditions of global digitalization.
