Abstract

The manual provides current theoretical insights into the psychology of fear, as well as practical guidelines for managing fear and panic, assessing the emotional states of servicemen associated with fear, and providing psychological assistance in controlling such states. The manual can be used in the practical work of unit commanders, MPM officers, sergeants and psychologists as additional methodological material for training military units (units) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to perform tasks in real danger (in combat).
