Abstract
During the current phase, teachers are constructing competency-oriented learning and teaching models in which learners are actively engaged in studies while mastering the competencies and skills necessary to achieve their goals. The modern educational paradigm is competency-based and learner-centred. It aims at enabling each individual to use one’s own potential, attain high academic results and promotes constant development. Giving priority to competency, relevant scaffolding and resources, all students can advance.
