Abstract

Peculiarities of professional development of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers in the conditions of open education are revealed. Strategies of open education in the social system are covered; didactic support of professional development of teachers is analyzed; foreign and domestic experience is generalized and the best practices of separate educational institutions are presented. For heads of institutions of professional (professional-technical), professional higher, higher and postgraduate education, educational and methodical centers, pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical workers, undergraduates, graduate students and doctoral students.
