Abstract

Digitalization at a rapid pace and scale has covered all spheres of society. The transition from computers to personal computers has taken decades, and now similar global changes in technology are taking place in months. Digitalization used to mean the automation of technology, the spread of the Internet, the use of mobile communications, social networks, smartphones, the growth of users who used new technologies. But very quickly digital technologies became part of human economic, political and cultural life. The introduction of information and digital technologies in the structure of the scientific organization can significantly increase the efficiency of scientific research, as well as the competitiveness of the organization in the scientific environment, especially in innovative scientific activities.
